Post-Conference Strategies
Hey, this is Stephen from NB.
Now you'll have to forgive me, I'm not exactly sure how to use this, but I'll give it a shot. One problem that the SJYC had was getting people to take us seriously, and we didn't have any solutions, but I did notice that everyone I talk to about the possiblity of hosting any conference at all, they really do listen and it does help.
Also, I realized that you shouldn't tell them to join, all you have to do is talk about how much fun you have and all the great people you'll meet and they eventually ask.
